摘  要:矿井生产面临复杂的地质条件,需解决因采深、开采强度产生的高应力、采动影响、复合松软顶板、大断面巷道等条件带来的围岩控制关键问题。同时,围岩风化、支护材料锈蚀等导致的巷道失修、局部垮冒现象时有发生,给矿井安全生产带来极大的隐患。薄喷封闭材料具有良好的成膜性、封闭阻隔性、延展性、渗透性、环保性、阻燃性,可通过喷射于煤岩体表面而被应用于煤矿巷道等地下工程中,作为表面封闭、加固,防风化、锈蚀及腐蚀使用。Mine production is faced with complex geological conditions.It is necessary to solve the key problems of surrounding rock control caused by mining depth,high stress generated by mining intensity,mining impact,composite soft roof,large section roadway and other conditions.At the same time,due to the weathering of surrounding rock and the corrosion of supporting mate-rials,the roadway is in disrepair and local collapse often occurs,which brings great hidden danger to the safety production of the mine.Thin jet sealing material has good film-forming property,sealing barrier property,ductility,permeability,environmental protection property and flame retardant property,which can be sprayed on the surface of coal and rock to be used in underground projects such as coal mine roadway,as surface sealing,reinforcement,anti-weathering,anti-rust and anti-corrosion use.
