摘 要:温度作用对大直径贮煤筒仓结构性能有很大的影响,而季节温差是温度应力产生的原因之一,因此,应对季节温升温降引起的温度应力及其对筒仓结构的受力影响进行研究。利用ANSYS软件对某直径为100m、壁厚为600mm的大直径贮煤筒仓进行有限元分析,分别研究600mm壁厚的筒仓在同一高度处不同工况情况下的环向应力变化规律,从而得出季节温差对大直径贮煤筒仓的受力影响情况,也为工程设计人员提供一定的参考。Temperature action has a considerable effect on the structure performance of large diameter coal silo and the seasonal temperature difference is one of the reasons for the temperature stress.Therefore,the temperature stress caused by the seasonal temperature rise and fall and its stress on the silo structure should be studied.In this paper,the finite element analysis to a large diameter coal silo with a diameter of100 mand a wall thickness of 600 mm is carried out by using ANSYS software.It is to study the variation rule of circular stress under different working conditions of 600 mm wall thickness silo at the same height.Therefore,the effects of seasonal temperature difference on the stresses of large diameter coal silo are obtained,which also provide some reference for engineering designers.
