摘  要:对涂覆活性剂MATD-Ⅰ的AZ91D镁合金实施TIG焊,研究焊接接头金相组织、焊缝的相组成物、焊缝抗腐蚀性和接头力学性能。研究表明:焊接接头各区晶粒体积和均匀度不一;活性剂MATD-Ⅰ使焊缝区Mg相变多,减少了Mg17Al12相,网状共晶体被打断,合金组织细化明显,合金强度增加;与TIG焊缝相比,提高了焊缝耐蚀性,但A-TIG焊缝的耐蚀性仍然弱于母材;抗拉强度受活性剂影响较小,接头抗拉强度最小值达到母材的85.78%,力学性能要求可以满足。TIG welding of AZ91D magnesium alloy coated with MATD-Ⅰhas been carried out to study the metallographic structure of welded joints,phase composition of welds,corrosion resistance of welds and mechanical properties of joints in this paper.The results show that the volume and uniformity of the grains are not the same in each zone of the welded joint;the active agent MATD-Ⅰmakes the phase transformation of Mg in the weld zone more,reduces the phase of Mg17Al12,the network eutectic is broken,the microstructure of the alloy is refined obviously,and the strength of the alloy is increased;compared with TIG weld,the corrosion resistance of the weld is improved,but the corrosion resistance of A-TIG weld is still weaker than that of the base material;the tensile strength is less affected by the active agent,the minimum tensile strength of the welded joint is 85.78%of the tensile strength of the base material,and the mechanical properties can meet the requirements.
