摘 要:以复杂车身钣金件为研究对象,应用UG和AutoForm软件联合设计获得了制件的12工序排样图,然后针对12工序排样图设计了用于试模的激光料带,最后应用提出的这种车身钣金件级进模冲裁工位快速设计方法,实现了多工位级进模冲裁工位快速设计。通过实例表明,应用实冲试验结合检具及三维坐标测量机对试模激光料带进行3次微调后获得了合格的实冲制件。对比传统设计法,该方法弱化了修模过程,有效提高了级进模冲裁工位的设计效率,缩短了模具的开发周期。Taking the complex automobile body sheet metal parts as the research object,12 working procedure layout of the parts is designed by using UG and AutoForm software,and then the laser strip for the test mold for the 12 process layout is designed.Finally,a fast design method for progressive die punching station in an automobile body sheet metal parts is applied to realize the rapid design to multi-position progressive die punching station.The application example shows that the qualified real punching parts are obtained after three times fine adjustments to the laser strip of the test mold by using the real punching test combined with the checking tool and the three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine.Compared with the traditional design method,this method weakens the process of die repairing,effectively improves the design efficiency of progressive die punching station,and shortens the development cycle of die.
