摘  要:文章立足高校助困育人工作现状,从顶层设计着手,坚持问题导向,既聚焦贫困生“需求侧”,又探索充分发挥教师“供给侧”作用,以三全育人理念为统领,以立德树人为中心环节,遵循思想政治工作、学生成长、教书育人三大规律,构建全员、全程化、全方位“一体化”创新培育路径及“闭环”质量反馈监控措施,着力研究解决新时期贫困大学生精神贫困问题。Based on the present situation of aiding and educating poverty-stricken students in colleges and universities,this paper focuses on the“demand side”of poverty-stricken students,and explores the"supply side"role of the teachers.The college carries out the three-wide education concept,strengthen moral education and follow the rules of ideological and political work,students'growth and teaching so as to construct the innovation path of three-wide integration.The feedback quality monitoring measures are also taken to solve the problem of students’mental poverty in the new period.
