摘  要:将玉米吉星109作为实验材料,使用不同浓度的NaHCO3溶液(NaHCO3浓度分别为:0、50、100、150、200、250、300 mmol/L)处理玉米种子,进行萌发实验,并对发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、叶长、叶干鲜重、根长、根干鲜重等指标进行了测量和计算.结果表明:玉米种子具有较强的抗盐性,300 mmol/L时仍能萌发13.3%.另外,从统计柱状图中可以看出,多数情况下都是随着NaHCO3浓度的增加,叶长、叶干鲜重、发芽势等指标都呈下降的趋势,反映出NaHCO3胁迫对玉米种子的萌发有阻碍作用.同时,该实验也证明玉米对NaHCO3有一定的抗性.通过该实验得出的相关数据,也为今后进一步研究NaHCO3胁迫机制提供参考价值.Zea mays L.onstar 109 as experimental materials,with different concentrations of NaHCO3 solution(the concentration of NaHCO3 is:0,50,100,150,200,250,300 mmol/L)processing corn seeds,germination rate,and the germination experiments,germination potential,germination index,leaf length,leaf fresh weight,dry stem length,stem fresh weight,root length,such as fresh weight index were measured and calculated.The results showed that maize seeds had strong salt resistance and could germinate 13.3%at 300 mmol/L.In addition,it can be seen from the statistical histogram that in most cases,with the increase of NaHCO3 concentration,the index of leaf length,leaf dry and fresh weight,germination potential and other indicators showed a downward trend,which reflecting that NaHCO3 stress hindered the germination of maize seeds.At the same time,the experiment also proved that maize had certain resistance to NaHCO3.The relevant data obtained from this experiment will also provide reference value for further study of NaHCO3 stress mechanism in the future.
