摘 要:铁路电力系统承担着为铁路电力自闭线、贯通线、站馈线等重要负荷线路供电的重任,然而西部地区铁路电力10kV取电异常艰难,传统解决方案存在着各种难题和缺点。本文提出一种新型铁路净化电源装置,并对该电源装置的组成与原理、技术特点与指标进行详细介绍。通过实际应用证明该装置有效隔离了牵引电网存在的各种电能质量问题,尤其是对该类型装置进行单相接地故障测试,证明该铁路净化电源装置已具备为铁路电力进行供电的特质。The railway electric power system undertakes the important tasks for power supply for important loads of railway automatic blocking power line,power through line and station feeder line,however,in western regions of China,taking 10 kV electric power for use by railways is very difficult,and there are different difficulties and disadvantages existed in the traditional solution schemes.The paper puts forward a new type of purified power supply device for railway use and describes in details the composition,principle,technical characteristics and parameters of the power supply device.Its actual application is proved that it is able to isolate effectively the various power quality problems,especially its single phase earthing fault tests show that the railway purified power supply device is qualified to supply power for the railway electric power equipment.
