摘　　要：以二苯基二甲氧基硅烷和噻吩-3-硼酸为原料,四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷为封端剂,采用水解-缩聚法合成了一种新型的端乙烯基含硼(B)硅油,并探讨了水用量、反应温度、反应时间、B/Si量之比对聚合反应的影响。光谱分析证实B以B—O和B—O—Si的形式引入到有机硅分子主链中。较佳反应条件为:nB∶nSi为0.20,水用量10.8 g,反应时间4.5 h,反应温度80℃,此条件制得的产物黏度为3741 m Pa·s,产率达78.23%,具有很好的耐热性。Using diphenyldimethoxysilane and thiophene-3-boronic acid as raw materials and tetramethyldivinyldisiloxane as a blocking agent,a new type of terminal vinyl boron-containing silicone oil was synthesized by hydrolysis-condensation.The effects of the amount of water,reaction temperature,reaction time,and B/Si ratio on the polymerization were discussed.Spectral analysis confirmed that B was introduced into the silicone molecular backbone in the form of B—O and B—O—Si.The best reaction conditions are:nB∶nSi is 0.20,the amount of water is 10.8 g,the reaction time is 4.5 h,and the reaction temperature is 80℃.Under these conditions,the product has a viscosity of 3741 m Pa·s,a yield of 78.23%,with good heat resistance.
