摘 要:以氯化铝、四氯铝酸钠、三氧化二铝作为催化剂,采用甲基氯硅烷合成中的低沸物、一甲基三氯硅烷、一甲基二氯硅烷为主要原料,进行了低沸物转化反应的研究。探讨了催化剂种类、原料配比对二甲基二氯硅烷含量的影响,并对低沸转化设备进行了技术改进。结果表明:3种催化剂中,氯化铝的催化效率最高,以它为催化剂,当其用量占反应物总质量的1%,一甲基三氯硅烷与低沸物的质量比为1.2时,产物中二甲基二氯硅烷含量最高。而技术改进后的设备解决了尾气处理的难题,减少了对环境的污染。Using aluminum chloride(AlCl3),sodium tetrachloroaluminate and dialuminumtrichloride as catalysts,the low-boiling compounds,monomethyltrichlorosilane(M1)and monomethyldichlorosilane in the synthesis of methylchlorosilane were used as the main raw materials to study the conversionreaction of low-boiling compounds.The effects of catalyst types and raw material ratios on the content of dimethyldichlorosilane(M2)were discussed,and the low boiling equipment was improved on conversion in technology.The results show that among the three catalysts,AlCl3 has the highest catalytic efficiency.When it is used as a catalyst with its amount accounting for 1%of the total reactants,and the mass ratio of M1 to low-boiling residues is 1.2∶1,and M2 in the product has the highest content.The equipment solves the treatment of exhaust gas and helps to reduce the environmental pollution.
