尿酸和CRP在子痫前期患者血清中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨尿酸和C反应蛋白(CRP)在子痫前期发病中的临床价值。方法选取2013年1月至2018年12月江苏省镇江市妇幼保健院收治的160例子痫前期患者作为研究组,其中轻度子痫前期患者80例,重度子痫前期患者80例。选取40例健康妊娠妇女作为对照组。采用全自动生化分析仪检测各组研究对象血清尿酸和CRP水平。结果与对照组比较,子痫前期患者血清尿酸和CRP水平明显升高,且重度子痫前期患者血清尿酸和CRP水平明显高于轻度子痫前期患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度子痫前期患者血清尿酸与CRP呈正相关(P<0.05),且尿酸和CRP与血压(收缩压和舒张压)呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论在子痫前期尿酸促进CRP的产生,尿酸和CRP是反应血压程度的内在生物学指标,或许可作为早期诊断子痫前期的血清学指标,动态监测有利于子痫前期的早期预防。Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum uric acid(UA)and C-reactive protein(CRP)expression in the onset of the patients with preeclampsia(PE).Methods A total of 160 patients with PE in the Zhenjiang Municipal Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2013 to December 2018 were selected as the study group,including 80 mild cases and 80 severe cases,and 40 women with normal pregnancy were selected as the control group.The levels of serum UA and CRP were measured by using the automatic biochemical analyzer.Results The serum UA and CRP levels in the PE patients were significantly increased compared with those in the control group,moreover which in the patients with severe PE were significantly higher than those in the patients with mild PE,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum UA in the patients with severe PE was positively correlated with CRP(P<0.05),moreover UA had the positive correlation with blood pressure(diastolic and systolic pressures)(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum UA in PE promotes the CRP production.UA and CRP are the intrinsic biologic indicators reflecting the blood pressure situation,perhaps may serve as the serological indexes for early diagnosing to PE,and dynamic monitoring can be conducive to early prevention of PE.
