摘　　要：目的系统评价贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的疗效及安全性。方法通过计算机检索中国知网、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台、万方数据知识服务平台、谷歌学术、Cochrane Library、OVID、PubMed、Embase等引文数据库(从建库开始至2018年11月),人工检索相关文献,进行引文追踪。按纳入与排除标准选择文献并评价质量后采用RevMan5.3软件进行meta分析。结果共检索出相关文献319篇,最终纳入16篇随机对照试验,包括中文10篇,英文6篇。联合组患者收缩压、舒张压下降情况,有效率均明显优于单用组,差异均有统计学意义(优势比=-6.54、-5.02、5.94;95%可信区间:-9.43^-3.47、-6.87^-3.17、3.72~9.48;P=0.00010、0.00001、0.00001)。2组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(优势比=0.81,95%可信区间:0.52~1.25,P=0.34000)。结论采用贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压效果显著,且不良反应发生率低。Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of benazepril combined with amlodipine in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods The reference databases were retrieved from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang,Google Scholar,Cochrane Library,OVID,PubMed and Embase(from their database establishment to November 2018),the relevant literatures were retrieved manually.The citation track was performed.The literatures were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion standards.After evaluating the quality,the meta analysis was performed by adopting the RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 319 relevant literatures were retrieved,16 randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were finally included(10 Chinese and 6 English papers).The decrease of systolic and diastolic blood pressure,and effective rate in the combination group were significantly superior to those in the single use group,and the difference was statistically significant(OR=-6.54,-5.02,5.94,95%CI=-9.43-3.47,-6.87--3.17,3.72-9.48;P=0.00010,0.00001,0.00001).The incidence rate of adverse events had no statistically significant difference between the two groups(OR=0.81,95%CI=0.52-1.25,P=0.34000).Conclusion Benazepril combined with amlodipine is more effective in the treatment of essential hypertension with low occurrence rate of adverse reactions.
