摘 要:邮轮服务供应链是指以邮轮旅游服务为主导的集成供应链,由邮轮游客的食、宿、行、游、购、娱等一系列需求服务供应商所组成。本文基于社会网络理论引入CSSC网络属性,在网络范围、规模不变的情况下,随着网络成员关系持久度、强度的增大,合作关系数量的增多,上下压榨关系数量的减少,网络整体利益将相应增加。当网络成员间相互合作,各企业利益按贡献合理分配时,网络整体经济效益可达到最大化。当网络发展为成员间进行相互合作时,各企业利益按贡献度得到合理分配,其所得利益比最初阶段有较大提升,此时网络整体经济效益最大。在归纳符合邮轮服务供应链的26种网络情况,梳理网络结构演变规则的基础上,提出邮轮服务供应链普适性的发展路径。最后,以上海邮轮产业为例,认为现阶段上海应积极与功能服务提供商开展协作;下一阶段发展母港总部经济。希望本文能为今后新兴邮轮服务供应链网络及成员间的合作关系的构建、为邮轮业的发展提供借鉴。Cruise service supply chain(CSSC)refers to an integrated supply chain related to the cruise travel service,involving cruise tourists’food,hotel,beverage,travel,shopping,entertainment and a series of customer services.CSSC is composed of suppliers that provide these services.Based on the theory of social network,this dissertation also introduces network attributes to CSSC.Through the analysis of the eight network attribute indicators which are network scale,range,density,trust,relationship strength,relationship durability,structural hole,and centrality,it is clear that the development of CSSC depends on the network attributes.The overall interests of the network and benefit distribution of the enterprises change with the change of the network attributes.The attributes of the CSSC network determine the development path of the cruise industry.First of all,through the analysis of CSSC network attributes,CSSC can be found that it has a different network attributes in different stages of development.As the member enterprises are in a different position with a different network structure,the benefits are different.Different benefit affects the development strategy of enterprises.Next,this dissertation discusses the effects of network attributes on the distribution of the benefits of CSSC.The established benefit distribution model of CSSC is based on the Stackelberg Master-Slave strategy model and calculates the proportion of the distribution of benefits of CSSC in initial network structure.The ratio of the distribution of benefits by core enterprise,the structure of the hole and the bottom of the participants is 9:3:1.For cruise companies as the core enterprises,the proportion of this ratio relative to other stages of the big gap does not increase.From a practical point of view,this is mainly due to cruise companies to open the market,deliberately lower prices,thereby reducing their profits.The result is also consistent with the theory of the central structure of the network structure;that is,the central position mean
