阿是穴按摩联合生物反馈疗法治疗功能性肛门直肠痛的机制探讨

摘　　要：功能性肛门直肠痛的治疗方法很多,有中医疗法,西医疗法,物理疗法,心理疗法等.笔者通过临床观察发现,阿是穴联合生物反馈疗法治疗功能性肛门直肠痛效果显著.因此,通过查阅文献,对阿是穴和生物反馈疗法对治疗功能性肛门直肠痛的机制进行探讨和研究,以期为本治疗方法提供更有利的理论支持,从而将此方法推广开来.There are many treatments for functional anorectal pain,including traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine,physical therapy,psychotherapy and so on.Through clinical observation,the author found that Ashi acupoint combined with biofeedback therapy has significant effect on functional anal and rectal pain.Therefore,by consulting the literature,the mechanism of Ashi acupoint and biofeedback therapy in the treatment of functional anorectal pain is discussed and studied,in order to provide more favorable theoretical support for this treatment method,so as to promote this method.
