金华铁路运输发展现状及对策研究

摘　　要：金华发展铁路运输对于推进"义甬舟"开放大通道及中欧班列(义乌)发展、高质量建设"一带一路"具有重要意义。在分析金华铁路运输发展现状的基础上,从铁路运输通道、铁路运输场站、铁路运输集疏运体系、铁路运输组织、地方配套服务平台等方面分析金华铁路运输存在的不平衡、不充分、不协调等问题,提出金华铁路运输发展对策:畅通对外运输通道,优化金华铁路枢纽系统,完善铁路集疏运体系,建立路地协调机制,搭建地方服务平台,强化政府主导作用。The development of Jinhua railway transport is of great significance to promote the opening of the“Yiyongzhou”corridor and the development of China Railway Express in Yiwu and the high-quality construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.On the basis of the development status of Jinhua railway transport,this paper analyzes the unbalanced,inadequate and uncoordinated problems in Jinhua railway transport from the aspects of railway transport corridor,railway transport station,railway transport collection and distribution system,railway transport organization,and local supporting service platform,and puts forward corresponding development countermeasures,including unblocking the external transport corridor,optimizing Jinhua railway hub system,improving railway collection and distribution system,establishing railway group and local government coordination mechanism,building local service platform,and strengthening the leading role of the government.
