摘  要:葫芦岛精锌冶炼厂采用竖罐炼锌工艺生产锌,改造前使用的主要燃料为自产煤气,年消耗中块煤约14万t,煤气站工艺落后、煤气质量较差,无法适应环保要求,而且存有重大安全隐患,企业决定实施燃料改造工程。在确保安全的前提下,保持生产系统主体工艺流程不变,实施了天然气替代发生炉煤气的改造,该改造根据各部燃气用量及燃烧特点采用了不同的燃烧方案,对具备条件的系统实施燃烧废气进行余热回收。通过本次改造,生产达到了环保指标要求,每年可节能1757.04 t标煤,减排CO 2约4568.24 t、SO 2约42.16 t、NO x约12.98 t,并且燃料费用下降1469.82万元。该项目实施有助于企业环保节能、降低生产成本,增强自身市场竞争力。Huludao Zinc Smelting Plant uses a vertical tank zinc smelting process to produce zinc.The main fuel used before the transformation was self-produced gas,which consumed about 140000 tons of lump coal per year.The gas station was backward in technology and poor in gas quality,unable to meet the requirements of environmental protection,and had major safety risks.Therefore,the enterprise decided to implement the fuel transformation project.Under the premise of ensuring safety,the main process flow of the production system was kept unchanged,and the transformation of replacing producer gas with natural gas was implemented.According to the gas consumption and combustion characteristics of each part,different combustion schemes were adopted in the transformation,and waste heat recovery was carried out for the qualified system.Through this transformation,the production has met the requirements of environmental protection indicators.It can save 1757.04 t standard coal,reduce CO 2 by about 4568.24 t,reduce SO 2 by about 42.16 t,reduce NO x by about 12.98 t,and reduce fuel costs by 14.6982 million yuan.The implementation of the project would help the enterprises to save energy,reduce production costs,and enhance their market competitiveness.
