选煤厂常用浮选设备探讨

摘　　要：浮选是分选细粒矿物的有效方法,也是选煤厂生产工艺的重要组成部分。浮选设备作为完成浮选过程的机械设备,对浮选效果有显著影响。介绍了选煤厂常用的三种浮选设备,并对其工作原理和吸气机理进行了分析,从而为选煤厂浮选设备的选择和浮选操作制度的优化提供了参考。Flotation is an effective fine coal separation process and also an important integral part of coal cleaning process in coal preparation plant.The selection of flotation equipment has a great bearing on performance of flotation process.Three types of flotation machines which are commonly used are introduced,and the mechanism of aeration of each kind of flotation cell is analyzed.The study made may serve as a reference for selection of flotation machine and optimization of operating system of flotation.
