摘  要:近年来有关干细胞临床应用的研究十分广泛,干细胞移植治疗各类疾病也已取得可观的效果。但随着干细胞技术的快速发展,干细胞体外增殖导致的衰老也成为制约干细胞应用的一大难题。陷窝蛋白-1是细胞膜上的一种整合膜蛋白,是形成陷窝的主要膜内在蛋白。已有研究表明,陷窝蛋白-1在细胞衰老及自我更新调节中起重要的调控作用。本文简要综述了干细胞的自我更新和衰老机制及陷窝蛋白-1的促增殖及抗衰老作用,旨在为干细胞临床应用及干细胞组织工程研究提供理论依据。In recent years,research on the clinical application of stem cells has been extensive,and stem cell transplantation has also achieved considerable effects in treating various diseases.However,with the rapid develop ment of stem cell technology,the aging caused by the proliferation of stem cells in vitro has become a major prob lem that restricts the application of stem cells.Caveolin-1 is an integral membrane protein on the cell membrane,which is the main membrane intrinsic protein that forms caveolae.It has been shown that caveolin-1 plays an im portant regulatory role in cell senescence and self-renewal regulation.This article briefly reviewed the self-renewal and aging mechanisms of stem cells and the proliferative and anti-aging effects of caveolin-1.The aim is to pro vide a theoretical basis for stem cell clinical application and stem cell tissue engineering research.
