摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生后,医院作为疾病诊治重要单位,通过"三圈层"管控措施有序规范管理进出通道,实施分层分流监测筛检入院人群,明确各圈层职责与工作范畴,防止医院交叉感染,达到有序、高效、安全诊疗目的,为突发疫情期间院内防控提供依据和参考。After the outbreak of COVID-19,the hospital,as an important unit for disease diagnosis and treatment,managed the entrance and exit channels in an orderly and standardized way through the"three-layer"control measures,and by clarifying the responsibilities and work scope of each group,cross-infection in hospitals can be prevented,the purpose of orderly,efficient and safe diagnosis and treatment be achieved,and basis and reference for prevention and control in hospitals during emergencies be provided.
