摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在全国蔓延,病例数在持续攀升。综合医院是发现疑似病例的前沿阵地,也是开展救治的一线战场,是疫情防控的重点及难点区域。青岛大学附属医院在疫情流行初期,通过早规划、早布置,加强培训,实行三级预检分诊,开设疫区发热门诊和普通发热门诊,设立发热患者专用CT机房,借助信息化支撑完成传染病报告、信息统计及专家远程会诊等,旨在避免院内交叉感染的发生,确保医患生命安全,遏制新型冠状病毒在院内传播。目前医院运转良好,第一例确诊病例已康复出院,无新型冠状病毒院内交叉感染病例发生。COVID-19 spreads throughout China,and the number of cases continues to rise.As comprehensive hospital is the front line of finding suspected cases and carrying out treatment,it is the key and difficult area for epidemic prevention and control.Affiliated Hopital of Qingdao University takes several measures in the early stage of epidemic,including early planning,early layout,strengthening training,implementing three-level pre-inspection and triage,setting up respective fever clinic for fever patients from or not from epidemic area,setting up special CT room for fever patients,bringing information support to infectious disease report,information statistics and expert remote consultation.Through the efforts above,the hospital is running well at present,the first confirmed case suffering from COVID-19 has recovered and discharged from the hospital,and there is no COVID-19 cross infection in the hospital.
