摘 要:自2019年12月新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生以来,国家和社会采取各种措施积极应对。首先,以武汉儿童医院采取的各类应急措施为基础,主要从宏观调控、制度建设、技术支持和后勤保障等4个方面进行归纳总结。其次,从PDCA循环理论应用的视角,从计划(Plan)、执行(Do)、检查(Check)、处理(Action) 4个阶段阐述目前工作中存在的不足。最后,论述本次疫情给医院应急管理带来的思考和体会,总结经验,查缺补漏,进一步提升医院应急管理能力。Since the occurrence of COVID-19 epidemic in December,2019,China has taken various measures to respond positively.Emergency measures adopted by Wuhan Children’s Hospital are summarized from four aspects,including macro-control,system construction,technical support and logistical support.Secondly,from the perspective of the application of the PDCA cycle theory,the defects in the current work are described from the four stages of Plan,Do,Check,and Action.Finally,thoughts and experience of COVID-19 brings to the hospital’s emergency management were discussed,the experience was summed up,and gaps were checked,to further improve the hospital’s emergency management capabilities.
