摘 要:近年来,我国物流业高速发展的同时,也给环境带来了不少问题。智慧绿色低碳物流是今年两会的热点话题,也是现代物流业发展的新方向。随着科技的进步,智慧物流服务将成为物流企业的核心竞争力,第三方物流企业的智慧和绿色程度是衡量其智能化水平的重要标志。复杂性科学是研究复杂系统行为的科学,本文基于复杂科学思维,构建第三方物流企业智慧绿色低碳经济指标体系,用来衡量第三方物流企业物流服务的智慧绿色水平,并为物流业务外包企业选择第三方物流企业提供衡量依据。In recent years,with the rapid development of logistics industry in China,it has also brought a lot of problems to the environment.Smart green low-carbon logistics is a hot topic of this year's two sessions,but also a new direction of the development of modern logistics industry.With the progress of science and technology,intelligent logistics service will become the core competitiveness of logistics enterprises,and the wisdom and green degree of third-party logistics enterprises is an important symbol to measure their intelligence level.Complexity science is the science of studying the behavior of complex system.Based on the complex scientific thinking,this paper constructs the intelligent green economic index system of the third party logistics enterprise,which is used to measure the intelligent green level of the logistics service of the third party logistics enterprise.And for logistics outsourcing enterprises to select the third party logistics enterprises it can also provide a measurement basis.
