摘　　要：科技类民办非企业单位是推动社会科技进步的重要力量之一。本文通过对杭州市科技类民办非企业单位进行调研,分析目前杭州市科技类民办非企业单位科技创新能力存在的问题,并提出提高其科技创新能力的对策建议。Science and technology private non-enterprise is an important force to promote social science and technology progress.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the scientific and technological innovation ability of science and technology private non-enterprise in Hangzhou by questionnaire research,and proposes countermeasures to improve their technological innovation abilities.
