摘　　要：目的探讨接纳与承诺疗法对脑卒中患者的心理灵活性和创伤后成长的影响。方法选取2018年6月-2019年1月在我院急诊内科住院治疗的109例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分对照组54例和观察组55例。对照组患者采用常规心理护理,观察组采用接纳与承诺疗法。比较两组患者干预前后的心理灵活性和创伤后成长水平。结果干预前两组患者的心理灵活性水平和创伤后成长水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组患者的心理灵活性水平和创伤后成长水平均高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论接纳与承诺疗法能有效提高脑卒中患者的心理灵活性水平,并促进其创伤后成长。Objective To examine the effect of the acceptance and commitment therapy on psychological flexibility and posttraumatic growth in patients with stroke.Method A total of 109 patients with stroke were recruited from June 2018 to January 2019,and were assigned to either the control group(n=54)or the intervention group(n=55)by random number table method.In the control group,the patients received the routine psychological care;while in the intervention group,the patients were given the acceptance and commitment therapy.The psychological flexibility and posttraumatic growth were compared between the two groups before and after the interventions.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in psychological flexibility and posttraumatic growth between the two groups(P>0.05).However,after the intervention,the levels regarding the psychological flexibility and posttraumatic growth were significantly higher in the patients of the intervention group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The acceptance and commitment therapy could improve the levels of psychological flexibility and posttraumatic growth in patients with stroke.
