升阳益胃针法治疗胃食管反流病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察升阳益胃针法治疗胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的60例GERD患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采用升阳益胃针法进行治疗,对照组予雷贝拉唑胶囊、氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,两组共治疗8周。分别在治疗前和治疗后采用反流性疾病问卷(reflux diagnostic questionnaire,RDQ,又称耐信量表)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)进行评分。结果两组患者治疗前RDQ、SDS、SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后RDQ、SDS、SAS评分均有下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后RDQ、SDS、SAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组。观察组总有效率为86.7%,对照组总有效率为76.7%,两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论升阳益胃针法治疗GERD总有效率明显优于药物治疗,在改善胃食管反流症状的同时对于伴有精神状态异常的相关症状也具有较为明显的改善作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sheng Yang Yi Wei(ascending yang energy and tonifying the stomach)needling method in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Method Sixty eligible GERD patients were randomized into an observation group and a control groups,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was intervened by Sheng Yang Yi Wei needling method,and the control group was treated with Rabeprazole capsules and Flupentixol and melitracen tablets,both for a total of 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,the two groups were scored using the Reflux Diagnostic Questionnaire(RDQ),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS).Result There were no significant differences comparing the scores of RDQ,SDS and SAS between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the scores of RDQ,SDS and SAS decreased significantly after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);there were significant differences comparing the scores of RDQ,SDS and SAS between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group.The total effective rate was 86.7%in the observation group,versus 76.7%in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sheng Yang Yi Wei needling method can produce significantly higher total effective rate compared with medications.Along with the improvement of gastroesophageal reflux symptoms,it can also significantly improve the symptoms of concomitant abnormal mental state.
