一种新型复方过氧化氢消毒剂的消毒效果和毒性观察

摘　　要：目的观察一种复方过氧化氢消毒剂的消毒相关性能及毒性,为实际应用提供依据。方法采用定量杀菌试验、消毒试验和动物毒性试验方法,对一种新型复方过氧化氢消毒剂的消毒相关性能和安全性进行观察。结果该复方过氧化氢消毒剂原液含过氧化氢37 g/L和苯扎氯铵16 g/L。以该复方消毒剂的5倍稀释液作用5 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌、黑曲霉孢子和脊髓灰质炎病毒的杀灭对数值均> 5. 00。用该复方消毒剂的原液作用2. 5 min,对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭对数值> 5. 00。该复方消毒剂的5倍稀释液对小鼠急性经口LD50值> 5 000 mg/(kg·bw),对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果阴性,对家兔完整皮肤具有轻度刺激性。结论该过氧化氢复方消毒剂对细菌芽孢和繁殖体、霉菌孢子和病毒均有较强的杀灭效果,5倍稀释液对家兔完整皮肤有轻度刺激,无致微核作用,属无毒级物质。Objective To observe the disinfection-related performance and toxicity of a compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant for providing basis on practical application. Methods The carrier quantitative germicidal test,disinfection field test and animal toxicity test were used to evaluate the disinfection-related performance and safety of a new compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant. Results The stock solution of the compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant contained 37 g/L of hydrogen peroxide and 16 g/L of benzalkonium chloride. With a 5-folds dilution of the compound disinfectant working for 5 min,the killing logarithmic value of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Aspergillus niger spores and poliovirus on the carrier were all > 5. 00. Using the stock solution 2. 5 min,the killing logarithmic value of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores on the carrier was > 5. 00. For the 5-folds dilution of the compound disinfectant The mouse acute oral LD50 was above 5 000 mg/( kg·bw) in mice,Result of micronucleus test of mice marrow polychromatophilic erythrocyte was negative. There is mild irritation to the intact skin of rabbits. Conclusion The hydrogen peroxide compound disinfectant owns a strong killing effect on bacterial spores and propagules,molds spores and viruses. The 5-fold dilution solution has mild irritation on the intact skin of rabbits,and has no micronucleus effect,which is non-toxic substance.
