爱尔碘皮肤消毒液的杀菌效果及毒性观察

摘　　要：目的观察爱尔碘皮肤消毒液的杀菌效果及毒性,为实际消毒应用提供参考。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和现场皮肤消毒试验方法以及动物试验方法,对爱尔碘皮肤消毒液杀菌效果及其相关性能进行试验观察。结果该皮肤消毒液由2 300 mg/L有效碘和5 000 mg/L醋酸氯己定与体积分数65%乙醇组成。用该消毒剂原液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌和铜绿假单胞菌作用3 min,平均杀灭率分别为100. 00%、96. 32%和93. 27%。用该消毒液原液对志愿者皮肤擦拭消毒3 min,对皮肤上自然菌杀灭率达到90%以上。该消毒液原液对家兔完整皮肤无刺激性,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞试验结果为阴性。结论该爱尔碘皮肤消毒液杀菌效果显著,对试验动物完整皮肤无刺激性,无致微核作用。Objective To observe the germicidal effect and toxicity of Aierdian skin disinfectant,and to provide a reference for practical disinfection applications. Methods The quantitative suspension sterilization test,the skin field testand animal experiments were used to experimentally observe the germicidal effect and related properties of Aierdian skin disinfectant. Results The skin disinfectant solution was composed of 2 300 mg/L effective iodine,5 000 mg/L chlorhexidine acetate and volume fraction 65% of ethanol. The stock solution of this disinfectant was used to treat Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the suspension for 3 min,and the average killing rates were 100. 0%,96. 32% and 93. 27% respectively. The stock solution of this disinfectant was used to wipe and disinfect the skin of volunteers for 3 minutes,and the killing rate of natural bacteria on the skin was above 90%. The stock solution was non-irritating to the intact skin of rabbits,and the results of mouse bone marrow eosinophil test were negative. Conclusion The Aierdian skin disinfectant has a significant germicidal effect,has no irritation to the intact skin of experimental animals,and has no micronucleus effect.
