摘 要:目的观察过氧乙酸在新型冠状病毒核酸检测实验室消毒应用效果,为新型冠状病毒检测实验室感染防控提供参考。方法采用基因检测技术,对复方过氧乙酸消毒剂消毒新冠病毒检测实验室的效果进行评价。结果该复方过氧乙酸含过氧乙酸约2. 5 g/L与过氧化氢60 g/L,以其原液用气溶胶电动喷雾器按22 ml/m3用量,对新型冠状病毒核酸检测实验室的标本制备间进行喷雾消毒并密闭作用60 min。该实验室已连续30 d,在每次工作结束时进行喷雾消毒,所有采集的实验室环境标本均未检测到新冠病毒核酸阳性,从未发生过工作人员感染新冠病毒的事件。结论结果证明用该复方过氧乙酸对新冠病毒检测实验室进行喷雾消毒,可有效果杀灭实验室内环境中新冠病毒,能有效保护工作人员的安全。Objective To observe the effect of peroxyacetic acid in the laboratory disinfection of SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid detection,and to provide a reference for laboratory prevention and control of SARS-CoV-2 detection. Methods Using gene detection technology the effectiveness of compound peroxyacetic acid disinfectant in sterilizing laboratory for SARS-CoV-2 was evaluated. Results The compound peroxyacetic acid contained about 2. 5 g/L of peroxyacetic acid and 60 g/L of hydrogen peroxide. The stock solution was used in an aerosol electric sprayer at a dosage of 22 ml/m3 in a specimen preparation room of laboratory for SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid detection. Spraying disinfection was conducted and the room was sealed for 60 min. The laboratory had been spray-sterilized at the end of each work for 30 consecutive days,and all collected laboratory environmental specimens have not detected the positive SARS-CoV-2 nucleic aicd and there had never been any incident of staff infection with SARS-CoV-2. Conclusion The results prove that spray disinfection of laboratory for SARS-CoV-2 detection with the compound peroxyacetic acid can effectively kill the SARS-CoV-2 in laboratory environment and can effectively protect the safety of staff.
