摘 要:针对用建筑垃圾填平河滨形成杂填土用作天然地基从而造成房屋出现较大不均匀沉降及倾斜的特殊情况,结合该建筑物的结构特征及场地地质条件,简要分析了2种常规的建筑物纠偏方法,最终采用锚杆静压钢护筒水气合冲掏土纠偏法对该建筑物进行纠偏加固,并通过监测进行验证。结果表明,该房屋沉降倾斜得以纠正,说明此纠偏方法可行。In view of the special situation of using building waste to fill the riverside to form miscellaneous fill as natural foundation and causing large uneven settlement of the house,combined with the structural characteristics and engineering geological conditions of the building,the two conventional buildings are corrected.A brief analysis was carried out.The building was subjected to rectification and reinforcement using the anchor static pressure steel casing water and gas flushing method,and it was verified by longterm monitoring.The results show that the settlement tilt of the house can be corrected,which indicates that this method of correcting deviation is feasible.
