摘　　要：针对当今颈椎病高发及发病年轻化的现状,根据在中医学领域人体结构中,颈部有很多穴位,对不同的穴位进行针灸会有不同的效果。依据中医辩证诊疗思想,从穴位治疗角度研究及治疗肩颈部疾病这一种公认的治疗方法。结合目前市场上出现了很多针对特定穴位激光医疗保健的产品,对激光保健的原理、作用机理、设备参数的发展历程及研究进展进行了综述,并展望了一种足以方便普通大众足不出户也能享受医疗保健的便携式U型多穴位立体激光颈枕结构设计。in view of the current situation of high incidence and younger onset of cervical spondylosis,according to the human body structure in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,there are many acupoints in the neck,and acupuncture on different acupoints will have different effects.According to the dialectical diagnosis and treatment thought of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper studies and treats the shoulder and neck disease from the point of view of acupoint therapy.Combined with the emergence of many laser medical care products for specific acupoints in the market at present,this paper summarizes the development and research progress of laser health care principle,mechanism,equipment parameters,and looks forward to a portable U-type multi acupoint three-dimensional laser neck pillow structure design which is convenient for the general public to enjoy medical care without leaving home.
