摘　　要：干细胞是一种具有自我更新能力和多向分化潜能的细胞.干细胞的广泛应用为细胞治疗各类疾病提供了新的解决思路和研究方向.该文主要讲述间充质干细胞(MSC)、多潜能干细胞(PSC)、癌症干细胞(CSC)在细胞治疗领域中的研究现状与展望.Stem cells are undifferentiated cells that have abilities of self-renewal and differentiate into multiple cell types.The extensive application of stem cells provides a new solution and research direction for the cell therapy of various diseases.This paper focuses the status and prospect of research about mesenchymal stem cells(MSC),pluripotent stem cells(PSC)and cancer stem cells(CSC)in the field of cell therapy.
