摘　　要：死亡结构域蛋白Daxx是一种多功能蛋白,能参与细胞凋亡、抗病毒等活动。病毒感染发生时,病毒生成的某些蛋白与Daxx相互作用,经不同途径可抑制或促进Daxx的抗病毒反应。Daxx与不同病毒蛋白或甚至同一病毒的不同蛋白相互作用,都将产生不同的抑制或促进作用。现对Daxx与人腺病毒、人巨细胞病毒和人乳头瘤病毒等DNA病毒表达蛋白的相互作用及影响作一简要概述。Death domain-associated protein is a multifunctional protein,which can participate in apoptosis,anti-virus and other activities.When virus infection occurs,some protein expressed by viruses can interact with Daxx,and play a positive or negative role in the anti-virus response from Daxx by different pathways.The interaction of Daxx with the protein from different virus or even different protein from the same virus will involve in different inhibition or promotion.A brief overview about the effects on the interaction of Daxx with proteins expressed by some DNA viruses,such as human adenovirus,human cytomegalovirus,human papillomavirus(HPV)and etc.
