退伍兵学生心理危机干预案例解析——以高校辅导员的视角

摘　　要：《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》中明确规定,校园危机事件应对是辅导员主要职责。辅导员应在日常工作中建立健全心理危机预防、应对、总结机制,不断提升危机应对能力。本文以实际案例为基础,详细介绍了高校辅导员应对退伍兵学生心理危机识别与干预的过程,深入剖析他们的心理危机诱因以及干预的应对技巧,为日后辅导员在应对退伍兵学生心理危机干预时提供一定的借鉴作用。As we know,handling of crisis in campus forms one major obligation for counselors.As for mental crisis,the counselors,in daily routine,are expected to build sound mechanism for its prevention and intervention while improving their capability of solving it.This paper describes the process of recognizing and intervening a real case of mental crisis that happens to a college student who used to serve in military and further gives our analysis regarding to its cause.The subsequent coping strategy is also briefly introduced.This study aims to provide useful reference for future handling of similar events for counselors.
