苯溴马隆与痛风定胶囊联合治疗痛风性关节炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察苯溴马隆与痛风定胶囊联合治疗痛风性关节炎的应用效果及价值。方法随机选取2016年10月~2018年10月我院接收的痛风性关节炎患者100例,作为对象展开探析。采用随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,各50例。对照组采用苯溴马隆治疗,观察组采用苯溴马隆联合痛风定胶囊治疗。结果两组治疗前血尿酸比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后血尿酸比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组组内治疗后与治疗前血尿酸比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苯溴马隆与痛风定胶囊联合治疗痛风性关节炎可改善患者血尿酸水平,进一步实现对胃部不适和轻度腹泻等不良反应的控制,提高痛风性关节炎的治疗水平,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the application effect and value of benzbromarone combined with Tongfengding capsule in the treatment of gouty arthritis.Methods 100 patients with gouty arthritis admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were randomly selected for analysis.According to the random number table method,the patients were evenly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with benzbromarone,and the observation group was treated with benzbromarone combined with Tongfengding capsule.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood uric acid before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in blood uric acid between the two groups between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The difference in blood uric acid of the two groups after treatment compared with that before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).The difference in treatment effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of benzbromarone and Tongfengding capsule used in gouty arthritis can improve the blood uric acid level,further achieve control of adverse reactions such as stomach discomfort and mild diarrhea,and improve the treatment level of gouty arthritis,which has high clinical application value.
