氨溴索联合疏风解毒治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察氨溴索联合疏风解毒治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法选取我院2018年1~8月收治的急性上呼吸道感染患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(35例)与联合组(35例)。其中对照组患者采取疏风解毒胶囊治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合氨溴索治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗依从性、临床症状消失时间、临床治疗总有效率。结果联合组临床治疗依从性优良率为100.00%,对照组为100.00%;联合组患者咳嗽、发热、流涕、头痛、咽痛等临床症状消失时间明显少于对照组,联合组患者临床治疗总有效率为94.29%,明显高于对照组71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性上呼吸道感染的患者治疗中采取氨溴索联合疏风解毒胶囊治疗,可获得较好的临床治疗依从性,缩短患者临床症状持续时间,获得较高的临床治疗总有效率,效果理想。Objective To observe the clinical effect of ambroxol combined with Shufeng Jiedu in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 70 patients diagnosed with acute upper respiratory tract infection in our hospital from January to August 2018 were divided into control group(n=35)and combined group(n=35)by random number rable method.The patients in the control group were treated with Shufeng Jiedu Capsule and the patients in the combined group were treated with ambroxol on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment compliance,clinical symptoms disappearance time,and clinical treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of clinical treatment compliance was 100%in the combined group and 100.00%in the control group.The excellent compliance rate of clinical treatment in the combined group and the control group was 100.00%.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as cough,fever,runny nose,headache and pharyngeal pain in the combined group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the combined group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(71.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection,ambroxol combined with Shufeng Jiedu Capsule can obtain better clinical treatment compliance,shorten the duration of patients'clinical symptoms,and obtain higher clinical treatment efficiency.
