拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁在子痫前期治疗中的应用效果及对分娩期母婴不良事件发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨分析拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁在子痫前期治疗中的应用效果及对分娩期母婴不良事件发生率的影响。方法选取2018年3月~2019年5月我院收治的子痫前期患者112例,随机分为对照组、试验组,各56例。给予对照组单一硫酸镁治疗;试验组在此基础上加用拉贝洛尔进行联合治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗后的血压、24h尿蛋白变化及妊娠结局。结果经过治疗后,试验组的总有效率显著高于对照组;两组患者的血压及24h尿蛋白含量均有降低,降低幅度试验组显著高于对照组;试验组的妊娠结局显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于单一使用硫酸镁进行治疗,通过拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗子痫前期,可使血压显著降低,具有更为显著的疗效,同时得到更好的妊娠结局,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of preeclampsia and its effect on the incidence of adverse events of mothers and infants during childbirth.Methods 112 patients with preeclampsia treated in our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given a single magnesium sulfate treatment,while the study group was given labetalol on the basis of the control group.The overall efficacy,blood pressure after treatment,changes in 24h urine protein and pregnancy outcome were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the overall effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group;Blood pressure and 24h urine protein content of the two groups of patients were reduced,and the degree of the decrease was significantly higher in the study group than the control group;Pregnancy outcome of the study group was better than t the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the single magnesium sulfate treatment,the treatment of preeclampsia with labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate can significantly reduce blood pressure,have more significant curative effects,and obtain better pregnancy outcomes,which is worthy of promotion.
