摘  要:目的探讨早期康复训练联合电刺激生物反馈对产妇产后盆底康复的影响。方法选取2018年1月~2019年5月我院79例初产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,研究组40例,常规组39例。常规组仅采用早期康复训练,研究组则在其基础上给予电刺激生物反馈辅助康复,比较两组产妇盆底肌收缩力、生活质量及器官脱垂、压力性尿失禁以及性生活情况。结果经治疗,研究组盆底肌收缩力的分级升高幅度以及各项指标的评分显著比常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组随访结果优良率显著比常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组性生活良好例数显著比常规组多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复训练联合电刺激生物反馈能够改善产妇产后的盆底肌肌力,同时减少并发症的发生率,提升性生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation training combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback on postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation.Methods 79 primiparas in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 patients in the study group and 39 patients in the control group.The control group was given early rehabilitation training,while the study group was given early rehabilitation training combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback assisted rehabilitation.The maternal pelvic floor muscle contractility,quality of life and organ prolapse,stress urinary incontinence,and sexual life of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the gradual increase of pelvic floor muscle contractility and the scores of various indicators in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of follow-up results in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of good sexual life cases in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback can improve postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of sexual life.
