摘　　要：木框架结构建筑中的样板居住区据慕尼黑Holzbau Netzwerk公司称,目前在慕尼黑北部的一处前联邦武装营房的场地上正在建造木框架结构的居住区,工程已进入尾声,这个项目甚至引起了国际的关注。根据2018年发起的旨在促进城市木材建筑的倡议,Prinz-Eugen-Park目前是欧洲最大的全部采用木结构建筑的居住区。它不仅已经成为多层木结构建筑的主要示例,而且成为社区可持续发展的主要范例。其中包括了开放空间规划、联合使用区域和新的出行概念,同时旨在创建价格实惠的高质量生活空间。Model Settlement in Timber-frame Construction On the site of a former Federal Armed Forces barracks in the north of Munich,a timber-frame settlement is currently being completed that is attracting at tention,even internationally,as the Holzbau Netzwerk Munchen reports.According to the initia tive founded in 2018 that pro motes timber construction in the city.Prinz-Eugen-Park is current ly the largest coherent timber construction settlement in Eu rope.
