摘　　要：目的:观察艾拉莫德、来氟米特联合云克治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的效果。方法:2016年5月-2017年5月收治RA患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予艾拉莫德、来氟米特口服治疗,观察组在艾拉莫德、来氟米特基础上联合使用云克注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组临床疗效高于对照组,DAS28评分及炎性因子水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾拉莫德、来氟米特联合云克治疗RA,可明显减轻患者临床症状,有效性和安全性高。Objective:To explore the effect of iguratimod,leflunomide combined with Yunke in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:From May 2016 to May 2017,100 RA patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases in each.The control group was treated with oral administration of iguratimod and leflunomide;the observation group was treated with iguratimod,leflunomide combined with Yunke injection.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the clinical efficacy was higher than that of the control group,and the DAS28 score and inflammatory factor level were significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of iguratimod,leflunomide combined with Yunke in the treatment of RA can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,the effectiveness and safety are high.
