氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏联合腓骨截骨术治疗膝骨关节炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏联合腓骨截骨术治疗膝骨关节炎的近期疗效。方法:2016年7月-2018年7月收治膝骨关节炎患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。对照组采用腓骨截骨术治疗,治疗组采用氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏联合腓骨截骨术治疗。比较两组术后膝关节VAS、WOMAC、HSS评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组术后1、2周VAS、WOMAC及HSS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后4周VAS、WOMAC、HSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏联合腓骨截骨术可缓解膝骨关节炎患者近期关节活动及疼痛情况,明显优于单纯手术治疗,近期临床疗效满意。Objective:To observe the recent effect of flurbiprofen gel paste combined with fibula osteotomy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(knee OA).Methods:From July 2016 to July 2018,40 patients with knee OA were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fibula osteotomy,the treatment group was treated with flurbiprofen gel paste combined with fibula osteotomy.The knee VAS,WOMAC,HSS scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups after operation were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of VAS,WOMAC and HSS in the treatment group were better than in the control group at 1 week,2 weeks after operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS,WOMAC and HSS scores at 4 weeks after operation between the two groups were also compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Flurbiprofen gel paste combined with fibula osteotomy to relieve knee OA activity and pain is better than simple surgery in the short term,its recent clinical efficacy is satisfactory.
