摘　　要：目的:总结运用彭氏多功能手术解剖器(PMOD)开展刮吸解剖法治疗肛周感染性疾病的效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治肛周感染性疾病患者343例,按照治疗方式不同分为两组。PMOD组采取PMOD行刮吸解剖法,传统手术组采取传统手术方法。比较两组手术时间及术中出血量。结果:与传统手术组比较,PMOD组手术时间更短,术中出血量更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用彭氏多功能手术解剖器运用刮吸解剖法治疗肛周感染性疾病,高效便捷,安全有效。Objective:To summarize the effect of using Peng's multifunctional operation dissector(PMOD)in the treatment of perianal infectious diseases by curettage and aspiration anatomy.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,343 patients with perianal infection were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different therapeutic methods.The PMOD group was treated with PMOD by curettage and aspiration anatomy,while the traditional operation group was treated with traditional operation method.The time of operation and the amount of intraoperative bleeding between the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with traditional operation group,PMOD group had shorter operation time and less bleeding during operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is efficient,convenient,safe and effective by using Peng's multifunctional operation dissector with curettage and aspiration anatomy for treatment the patients with perianal infection.
