探讨中西医结合治疗对特应性皮炎细胞因子及可溶性受体作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗特应性皮炎患者的临床效果及对细胞因子、可溶性受体的影响。方法:2018年5月-2019年2月收治特应性皮炎患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗的基础上联合中药治疗。比较两组治疗效果及特应性皮炎积分指数(SCORAD)评分,瘙痒程度评分,细胞因子[白细胞介素2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(TNF-ɑ)],可溶性受体[可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)、可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体(sRNFR)],药物安全性。结果:两组治疗后SCORAD评分、瘙痒程度评分、IL-2、TNF-ɑ、sIL-2R、sRNFR水平的均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组药物安全性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合方法治疗特应性皮炎患者能改善症状积分,减轻疼痛,有助于降低细胞因子、可溶性受体水平,且未增加药物不良反应发生率。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in patients with atopic dermatitis and its effect on cytokines and soluble receptors.Methods:50 patients with atopic dermatitis were selected from May 2018 to February 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional western medicine.The therapeutic effect,SCORAD score,pruritus score,cytokines,soluble receptors and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The SCORAD and pruritus scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group.The levels of IL-2,TNF-α,sIL-2R and sRNFR in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in drug safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the symptom score and relieve the pain of patients with atopic dermatitis,which can help reduce the levels of cytokines and soluble receptors without increasing the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
