补肾养血调经汤治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:研究补肾养血调经汤治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的临床疗效。方法:2017年5月-2018年10月收治早发性卵巢功能不全患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组给予雌孕激素治疗,观察组给予补肾养血调经汤联合雌孕激素治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积、卵巢体积改善情况均优于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾养血调经汤治疗早发性卵巢功能不全,可有效改善患者子宫及卵巢状况,减轻临床症状,效果较好。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Yangxue Tiaojing Decoction on early-onset ovarian dysfunction.Methods:From May 2017 to October 2018,70 patients with early-onset ovarian dysfunction were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 35 cases in each.The control group was treated with estrogen;the observation group was treated with Bushen Yangxue Tiaojing Decoction combined with estrogen.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,the improvement of endometrial thickness,uterine volume and ovarian volume was better than that in the control group,and the symptom score was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Bushen Yangxue Tiaojing Decoction on early-onset ovarian dysfunction can effectively improve the condition of uterus and ovary,relieve the clinical symptoms,and the effect is good.
