摘　　要：目的:分析原发性高血压患者采取中医辨证施治的临床效果。方法:2017年1月-2019年6月收治原发性高血压患者78例,均接受中医辨证治疗,比较不同类型高血压患者的治疗效果。结果:肝阳上亢型原发性高血压患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,痰浊中阻型患者治疗总有效率为100.00%,肾精不足型患者治疗总有效率为100.00%,气血两虚型患者治疗总有效率为94.74%。78例患者治疗总有效率为97.44%。结论:原发性高血压患者采取中医辨证施治的临床效果较好,能够对症下药,应用和推广价值较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of dialectical treatment in patients with essential hypertension.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2019,78 patients with essential hypertension were enrolled,they were all received dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,the therapeutic effect of patients with different types of hypertension was compared.Results:The treatment effective rate of primary hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang was 95.00%.The treatment effective rate of primary hypertension with obstruction in phlegm turbidity was 100.00%.The treatment effective rate of primary hypertension with deficiency of kidney-essence was 100.00%.The treatment effective rate of primary hypertension with qi and blood deficiency type was 94.74%.The total effective rate was 97.44%.Conclusion:The clinical effect of dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with essential hypertension is good,it can be used for suiting the remedy to the case and has higher application and promotion value.
