摘　　要：目的:观察参芪地黄汤加减联合泼尼松治疗气阴两虚证活动期狼疮性肾炎的效果。方法:2018年1-12月收治气阴两虚证活动期狼疮性肾炎患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组使用泼尼松片治疗,研究组采用参芪地黄汤加减联合泼尼松片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组总有效率、中医证候积分及狼疮活动指数均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪地黄汤加减联合泼尼松治疗气阴两虚证活动期狼疮性肾炎患者显著疗效显著。Objective:To observe the effect of addition and subtraction of shenqi dihuang decoction combined with prednisone tablets in the treatment of active lupus nephritis with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin.Methods:From January to December 2018,80 patients with active lupus nephritis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with prednisone tablets and the study group was treated with addition and subtraction of shenqi dihuang decoction combined with prednisone tablets.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate,TCM syndrome scores and lupus activity index in the study group were better than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Addition and subtraction of shenqi dihuang decoction combined with prednisone tablets is effective in the treatment of active lupus nephritis with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin.
