康妇炎胶囊联合外用硝酸咪康唑治疗阴道炎伴外阴瘙痒的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析康妇炎胶囊联合外用硝酸咪康唑治疗阴道炎伴外阴瘙痒的效果。方法:2016年6月-2018年6月收治阴道炎伴外阴瘙痒患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组给予外用硝酸咪康唑治疗,观察组给予康妇炎胶囊联合外用硝酸咪康唑治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率及临床症状消失时间明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康妇炎胶囊联合外用硝酸咪康唑治疗阴道炎伴外阴瘙痒可明显缓解症状,疗效明显。Objective:To explore the effect of Kangfuyan capsule combined with miconazole nitrate for external use in the treatment of vaginitis with pruritus of vulva.Methods:From June 2016 to June 2018,50 patients with vaginitis and pruritus of vulva were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 25 cases in each.The control group was treated with miconazole nitrate for external use,while the observation group was treated with Kangfuyan capsule combined with miconazole nitrate for external use.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Kangfuyan capsule combined with miconazole nitrate for external use in the treatment of vaginitis with pruritus of vulva can obviously relieve symptoms,and the curative effect is obvious.
