团体心理治疗应用于脑卒中失语症患者康复治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察团体心理治疗应用于脑卒中失语症患者康复治疗的效果。方法:2017年1月-2019年7月收治脑卒中失语症患者120例,分为两组,各60例。对照组给予常规心理治疗及语言康复锻炼,试验组给予团体心理治疗。比较两组康复效果。结果:试验组干预1、3个月负面心理情绪评分(SCL-90)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理干预3个月后中、重度失语患者例数显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中失语症患者康复治疗中团体心理治疗效果明显优于常规护理干预。Objective:To observe the effect of group psychotherapy in the rehabilitation of patients with stroke aphasia.Methods:From January 2017 to July 2019,120 patients with stroke aphasia were enrolled,they were divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine psychotherapy and language rehabilitation exercise,while the experimental group was given group psychotherapy.The rehabilitation effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The negative psychological emotion score(SCL-90)of 1 mouth and 3 months after intervention in the experimental group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of patients with moderate and severe aphasia in the experimental group after 3 months of psychological nursing intervention was significantly lower than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of group psychotherapy in the rehabilitation of patients with stroke aphasia is better than in routine nursing intervention.
