摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈在降低外院诊疗器械、器具、物品交接不合格率中的应用效果。方法:开展品管圈活动,对780例外院诊疗器械、器具、物品交接环节进行调查研究。进行目标设定、原因分析,制定并落实相应对策。结果:外院诊疗器械、器具、物品交接不合格率由改善前的16.5%降为3.9%,目标达成率为102.4%,进步率为76.3%。结论:品管圈在降低外院诊疗器械、器具、物品交接不合格率中应用效果显著,可有效提高工作质量和工作效率。Objective:To discuss the application of quality control circle in reducing the external hospitals'unqualified rate of handover of medical instruments,appliances and articles.Methods:The activities of quality control circle was carried out,780 cases of external hospitals'handover of medical instruments,appliances and articles were researched.The target setting,cause analysis,formulate and implement corresponding countermeasures were carried out.Results:The external hospitals'unqualified rate of handover of medical instruments,appliances and articles was reduced from 16.5% before improvement to 3.9%,the target achievement rate was 102.4% and the progress rate was 76.3%.Conclusion:The quality control circle has a significant effect in reducing the external hospitals'unqualified rate of handover of medical instruments,appliances and articles,it can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of work.
