摘  要:目的:测定白饭树乙醇提物的不同极性部位提取物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)以确定白饭树的抑菌有效部位及抑菌强度。方法:采用连续二倍稀释法测定白饭树石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、水四个不同极性溶剂提取物对于实验菌种的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:实验测得白饭树石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇部位的MIC值均为3.91 mg×mL^-1,水部位的MIC值为1.95 mg×mL^-1。结论:白饭树不同极性部位均有抑菌作用,其中水部位的抑菌作用最为显著。Objective:The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of ethanol extracts from different polar parts of flueggea virosa(roxb.ex willd.)baill tree was determined to determine the bacteriostatic effective position and intensity of inhibition.Methods:The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-butanol and water in ethanol extracts of flueggea virosa(roxb.ex willd.)baill was determined by continuous two-fold dilution method.Results:The MIC values of petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol were 3.91 mg×mL-1,and of the water part were 1.95 mg×mL-1.Conclusion:Different polar parts of flueggea virosa(roxb.ex willd.)baill had bacteriostatic effect,among which the water parts had the most significant bacteriostatic effect.
