草本泥热敷法在寒湿阻络型痹病中的临床应用

摘　　要：草本泥热敷法是一种综合穴位刺激、温热效应、机械压迫作用和药物作用共同起效的中医外治疗法,它具有内服法所不具有的诸多优点,其操作简便、副作用较少、疗效较好,对痹病疗效显著,且无内服药物的胃肠道反应及肝肾功能损害,文章对其理论及临床应用综合探讨,为草本泥热敷法应用于临床提供理论依据,为广大研究者提供参考。Herbaceous mud hot compress method is a kind of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,which integrates acupoint stimulation,warming effect,mechanical compression and drug effect.It has many advantages that the method of oral administration method does not have,such as simple operation,less side effects,better curative effect,the therapeutic effect on arthralgia disease is remarkable,and there is no gastrointestinal reaction and liver and kidney function damage.This article comprehensively discusses its theory and clinical application,providing theoretical basis for the application of herbal mud hot compress method in clinic,and providing reference for the vast number of researchers.
