摘　　要：针对学生课堂玩手机成为低头族的问题,文章提出从教和管两个方面采取措施来扭转这一局面。青年理论教师通过参加企业实践提高自身的实践能力,并制作多媒体资源包来丰富课堂内容,提高学生的学习积极性。同时,通过断网的技术手段来保证学生的抬头率。通过《机床电控及PLC》课程一学期的教学实践,取得了较好的课堂教学效果。In view of the problem that students play mobile phone in class has become a phubber,this paper proposes to take measures to reverse this situation from two aspects of teaching and management.Young theory teachers improve their practical ability by participating in enterprise practice,and make multimedia resource kits to enrich classroom content and improve students’learning enthusiasm.At the same time,through the technical means of disconnecting the network to ensure the rise rate of students.Through one semester's teaching practice of"Machine Tool Electronic Control and PLC"course,the better classroom teaching effect has been gained.
